THE CONCEPT BEHIND MARÈ

The design idea is to create central spaces with water features & green areas for walking & social life, reduce motorized traffics paths, cars, & make car paths wrap around housing zones without penetrating the internal spaces, with each unit having equal accessibility & overlooking the central view, creating a sense of privacy & connection at the same time.
The view representing a complete & wide ranged compound with all services-facilities in one place where the residential units exists.
